Registrations are now available
The TOM Portal allows schools to Register for the Tournament, Nominate and Manage Teams, and also access a range of other Tournament resources
You must have a Log In Account to use this portal. If you are new to the portal then you should download and read the

instructions. If you are a first time Portal user, click on the 'Activate' button below for further options.
Existing Users
Help
Email Address/Username:
Type in the email address that was used to initially created your account.
The email/username is not case-sensitive but ensure it is entered correctly without spaces and no extra characters after last letter. You will have the opportunity to edit your account after logging in.
Password:
Type in the password that was emailed to you when you created your account.
(This is not the Activation Code)
Note: Passwords are Case-Sensitive

New/Changed Users
Before you can use the Portal to Register for the Tournament, you will need to create a Portal Log In Account.
If you are new to the Portal, you will need to start with your School's 'Activation Code'. This code is used to identify a school in our database. If you don't have the Code you can request the code here.
Also use this section if your school is recently been instituted, or the details have changed substancially in the past three years.
In some instances the Facilitator will have changed since last Tournament. You can update Facilitator details here as well
