| Wednesday 12th May | Facilitators' Meeting # 2 at Loreto College 4.15 - 6.30pm |
| Friday 4th June | Schools' Registration closes |
| Wednesday 4th August | Facilitators' Meeting # 3 at Loreto College 4.15 - 6.30pm |
| Friday 13th August | Team Nominations due |
| Friday 3rd September | Judges Training - New Judges at 6.30pm All Judges at 7.30pm at Loreto College |
| Sunday 12th September | Tournament Day at Flinders University |
| 21-24 October | Australasian Pacific Final in Darwin, NT |
