In Tasmania, the Tournament of Minds competition currently consists of one event, the Tasmanian Final held early September, where teams present a challenge they have worked on in the preceding 6 weeks.
In 2024 the Tasmanian Final will be held on Saturday 7th September at Hobart City High School, Ogilvie Campus.
Professional learning to support facilitators and team development will be available across the first half of the year, keep an eye on the workshop tab above for details.
The challenges will be released to schools that have paid their registration from 7am on Friday 26th July and teams start work on their six weeks challenge on Monday 29th July.
Teams nominations open Friday 26th July and close 5pm on Friday 9th August.
